To educate underprivileged children in a Christian environment so that their training, education, and love of the Lord will make them productive citizens of the community — and the world.

The school provides a quality Christian education so that in real-life situations, students are able to use the skills, attitudes, and moral values they have learned.

Little Voices Christian Elementary Academy (LVCEA) is a non-stock, non-profit Christian educational institution. Guided by Proverbs 22:6, our core purpose is to educate Aeta children who otherwise lack access to proper schooling, giving them a safe, inclusive learning environment without discrimination — while also welcoming lowlander students from the surrounding community.
The Foundation
Founded in the mountains of Kanaynayan, Zambales, by English missionaries Sir Martin and Ma'am Pam Scott, with a heart to educate the Aeta community.
Sitio Tubo-Tubo
The school relocated to Sitio Tubo-Tubo, Barangay San Esteban, San Antonio, Zambales — where the campus is currently situated.
IFL Care Transition
When the founders returned to England, care of the academy was handed to the Institute for Foundational Learning (IFL), which has overseen LVCEA for the past 14 years.

Who Are the Aetas?
The Aeta are an indigenous minority group in the Philippines and among the earliest inhabitants of the islands. Historically living in the mountains, they have often lacked access to education.
The Aeta community served by LVCEA lives in Bagong Silang, Castillejos (relocated by the government after the Mt. Pinatubo eruption dispersed their original home in Kanaynayan), about a 20-minute drive from the school.
What We Offer & Our Programs
Dedicated services to provide quality primary schooling and support Aeta and local families.
Free Transportation
The school provides free transport (via one L3-extend vehicle running in three daily batches) for 80+ Aeta students daily who live far from campus and cannot afford travel costs.
Quality Education
Free education, textbooks, and supplies for Aeta scholars. Features IFL-designed preschool and Bible-integrated elementary curricula, cell groups, peer tutoring, and remediation classes.
Feeding Program
Daily lunch provided for Aeta and designated lowlander students, often serving as their only substantial meal of the day. Backed by school-grown vegetables and seasonal rice crops.
Parent Values Formation
Monthly development sessions separate for Aeta and lowlander parents, alongside quarterly joint sessions. Covers healthy parenting, biblical discipline, and health topics.
Monthly Events & Clubs
Observance programs (e.g. Nutrition Month), weekly interest clubs (taekwondo, glee, dance, arts, sports, swimming), and quarterly field trips funded partly through student savings.
Staff Development
Daily morning devotion, weekly staff meetings, quarterly fellowships, and training including IFL summer courses, National Educator's Conference, ZAMPRISAA, and CLAPSA.
Health & Hygiene
Daily hygiene checks, deworming, supervised hand-washing/brushing, shower facilities, wound care, and medical referrals supported by our partner "Pop-Up Clinic."
Safe & Inclusive Space
Zero tolerance for bullying and discrimination. Aeta and lowlander students learn and play together, with older lowlander students frequently peer tutoring younger Aeta peers.
Chapel Hour & DBS
A full week of Daily Bible School (DBS) before each school year with music, crafts, and memory verses, plus monthly chapel hours and Bible lessons woven into standard subjects.
Young Entrepreneurs
Students build business and savings skills early. By selling snacks and completing small cooperative jobs, scholars learn basic savings habits to fund their own events.

Campus & Repairs
- Roof and gutter repairs to protect classrooms during typhoon seasons.
- Repainting and repair of classrooms and offices (buildings are 10–14 years old).
- Air conditioning for the computer laboratory room to preserve learning equipment.
Student & Classroom Needs
- Television screens for 5 classrooms to support interactive educational media.
- Tagalog Bibles for students to enrich spiritual development and Bible study.
- Supplies for the children's quarterly Merit Store (school supplies, candies, food).
- Sports equipment (basketball, badminton, game boards, volleyball).
Ministry & Staff Support
- A larger school utility vehicle to transport 80+ Aeta students safely.
- Supplies for the Teachers' Merit Store (groceries, novelty items, kitchenware).
- Monthly rice allowance for dedicated staff members (15 staff + 3 volunteers).
